David's Sling Media provides YouTube channel management, sermon video editing, thumbnail design, YouTube SEO, Shorts creation, and related digital media services for churches and ministries. The specific scope, deliverables, and pricing of services will be outlined in a separate service agreement between you and David's Sling Media.

3. User Responsibilities

When using our Site or services, you agree to:

• Not use the Site for any unlawful or prohibited purpose
• Not attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Site
• Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials provided to you
• Ensure you have the authority to grant us access to any YouTube channels or content you submit

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of David's Sling Media or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our express written permission.

For client work: you retain ownership of your original sermon content. David's Sling Media retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms, including fees, billing cycles, and accepted payment methods, will be specified in your individual service agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your service agreement.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee specific results from our YouTube management services, including but not limited to subscriber counts, view counts, or revenue.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, David's Sling Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless David's Sling Media, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

Where you authorize David's Sling Media to access your YouTube channel via Google's OAuth consent screen, our handling of YouTube user data is governed by our Privacy Policy and complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. By connecting a YouTube channel through our application, you represent that you have the authority to grant such access for that channel.
