● § 00 · SERVICES & PRICING · FOUR PLANS

Your sermon already has the substance.

We don’t just edit videos. We run your YouTube channel — editing, SEO, thumbnails, Shorts, playlists, podcast, and more. You preach Sunday. We go live Monday.

§ 01 · THE PIPELINE

From raw footage to kingdom reach.

Seven stages. One seamless system. The whole pipeline walked with intent.

Strategy — The architect’s blueprint
I
Step 1Strategy

The architect’s blueprint

Before a single frame is edited, we audit your channel like a building inspector. Which sermons deserve to anchor a playlist? Which titles will find the seeking viewer? We draw the map before we walk it.

Editing — The Word, honored in the cut
II
Step 2Editing

The Word, honored in the cut

Multi-cam sync, audio polish, pacing that breathes — edited the way a craftsman finishes wood. The message stays yours. The delivery earns its watch time.

Thumbnails — The one worth looking at
III
Step 3Thumbnails

The one worth looking at

A thumbnail is a small painting that must stop a scroll. We design each one custom — no templates, no auto-grabs — so your sermon earns the click among a thousand others.

SEO — Found by the seeking
IV
Step 4SEO

Found by the seeking

Titles, tags, descriptions — engineered so the viewer searching Scripture finds your sermon first. Not clickbait. Discoverability that honors the question being asked.

Shorts — A fragment, amplified
V
Step 5Shorts

A fragment, amplified

Face-tracked vertical clips that pull your most quotable moments into the feeds where new listeners live. One sermon, seven entry points, each one a doorway home.

Publishing — Sunday preached. Monday live.
VI
Step 6Publishing

Sunday preached. Monday live.

A weekly cadence is a promise to your audience: we will be here every Monday with the next message. We keep that promise so your channel becomes a rhythm, not a rumor.

Analytics — Reading the signals
VII
Step 7Analytics

Reading the signals

Every Monday we study what the week taught us — which titles worked, which thumbnails landed, which Shorts reached. The pipeline refines itself, sermon by sermon.

§ 04 · FAQ

Questions we hear every week.

You record your sermon on Sunday and upload the raw footage to our shared drive (we walk you through setup). From there, we handle everything: editing, thumbnails, SEO-optimized titles, face-tracked Shorts, playlists, and the rest of your channel. Your sermon goes live the following Monday — every week, like clockwork.

Not at all. We work with whatever you have — a single camera, a phone on a tripod, or a full multi-cam setup. Our editing process is designed to make any footage look polished and professional. That said, we’re happy to offer equipment recommendations if you’re looking to upgrade.

Absolutely. All plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time with 30 days’ notice. We earn your business every single month.

We run on a weekly cadence, not a per-project clock. Sermon recorded Sunday — fully edited, thumbnailed, titled, and published on YouTube the following Monday, along with every supporting asset for your plan (Shorts, playlists, chapters, and more). The rhythm stays consistent so your channel never misses a week.

Yes. During onboarding, we learn your brand inside and out — colors, fonts, tone, logo usage, and visual style. Every thumbnail, lower third, intro, and piece of content is built to feel unmistakably yours. Consistency is non-negotiable for us.

A freelancer edits a video and hands it back. We run your YouTube channel. David’s Sling Media manages the whole thing — editing, SEO, thumbnails, Shorts, playlists, chapters, motion graphics, and (on Omnipresence) your podcast feed and blog too. You get a team that understands church content specifically, not a generalist juggling unrelated clients.

§ 05 · A SIGN-OFF

We went from uploading raw recordings to running a real YouTube channel. David’s Sling didn’t just edit our videos — they gave us a strategy that actually works.
